This neighborhood will be developed in three phases. Phase 1 (opening Sept 2013) consists of 35 lots ranging from 1/4 to 1/3 acre lots. Phase II ( 2016) will include 1/3 to 1/2 acre lots, the clubhouse, swimming pool, playground, community lake, and ball courts. Phase III (2018) will consist of 1/3 acre lots.
